Students Attend “Lunch and Learn” Event on Campus

Last week, the Engineering, Architecture and Manufacturing and Applied Technologies Departments hosted a “Lunch and Learn” event on campus in the Gene F. Haas Center for Advanced Manufacturing Skills.

The departments partnered with the Mechanical Contractors Association of the Capital Region and a representative from Johnson Controls to offer a presentation focused on Building Automation Systems, where students learned about field technician, project manager and engineer responsibilities for these types of systems.

Ninety-eight students from the Electrical Construction Maintenance; Heating/Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technical Services; Construction Technology; and Mechanical Engineering Technology programs attended the event.
